How it works
Three routes, no jargon.
Order hosting online, have a package checked with you before you pay, or book AI setup and a guided session. Here is how each one works.
Hosting & domains: order online
The self-service route. You choose, you see the price, and you can order without a conversation first. An enquiry never places an order.

Choose your plan
Spark, Build or Amplify, billed monthly. Your website files and mailboxes share the plan’s storage.

Add your domain
Register a new name, transfer one you own, or keep it where it is. We check the name with our domain supplier.

Checkout or review
A new .com or .net goes to secure checkout. Australian (.au) names, transfers and domains kept elsewhere are saved for review, and we confirm the next steps with you before taking payment.

We set it up
We register and set up what you ordered and tell you when it is ready. Payment alone does not mean the domain is registered.
Personal & family email: set up with help
Help with your domain, DNS and mailboxes comes with your hosting plan. Moving old mail or setting up many devices is talked through first, and larger migrations are quoted separately before any chargeable work.

Pick your name
Tell us what you’d like your address to be. We’ll check the domain and suggest alternatives if it’s taken.

We set it up
Domain, mailboxes, DNS and security, done properly.

Bring your stuff
We talk through your devices and your old mail, and help you move across, so day one feels like day one hundred. Bigger moves are quoted first.

It should just work, and if it doesn’t, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

A defined starting point for creating more of your website, wording or brand yourself. We agree the goal, setup tasks, session length and price before you book.

Tell us what you need
Tell us about your business and what you want to create. Bring any existing website, logo, wording or examples you want to work from.

Agree your session
We confirm the tool, setup tasks, session length, agreed focus and price. AI subscriptions and other third-party costs are separate unless your quote includes them.

Set up and practise
We help you get started in your own AI account, give it useful business context and work through examples together. You practise asking for changes and reviewing the results.
4
Keep creating
Keep working with your AI after the session. Extra sessions, ongoing help, website care and work done for you are agreed and quoted separately.
